When and where is the airshow? - Saturday May 2nd from 10AM to 4PM at the Manassas Regional Airport.

 

Who produces the airshow? - The Manassas Regional Business Alliance (MARBA) is an organization on the airport that provides a connection between the airport businesses and our local government. We produce this airshow for the benefit of the community, the businesses at the airport and the charities located a the airport.

 

Who are the charities that benefit? 1. Virginia Airborne Search & Rescue Squad, 2. The Manassas Freedom Museum, 3. The Civil Air Patrol Prince William Composite Squadron

 

Will there be food? - Yes, we will be hosting a collection of food vendors specializing in a multitude of cuisines for your enjoyment.

 

Does it cost to attend? - No, this is a free to attend family oriented event. There is no charge to attend but we are collecting donations at all of the entry gates to benefit our local airport charities.

 

Where do we park? - Parking will be available on-site and off-site. Please see our Directions page for specific information including the location of handicapped, VIP, and Vendor parking.

Does the airshow issues media credentials? - The Manassas Airshow will work with official media outlets and reputable aviation media outlets on a case by case basis. We do not provide specific media passes but arrangements can be made if you are working on assignment or directly with a performer or performers.

 

Can I bring my service animal? - Yes, service animals are permitted per Virginia law in public places. Any official service animal must be accompanied by the appropriate documentation.

 

What if there is bad weather forecasted for the airshow day? - A rain-date of May 3rd will be available.

 

How do we know if the rain-date will be used? - No later than 12PM local time on Friday the 1st, the rain-date announcement will be given. Check on our website and social media for those announcements. We can be found on Facebook and Instagram.

 

Will ATM's be available? - Yes, they will be located in the main terminal building.

 

What sort of restroom facilities will be available? - We will be providing outhouses, handicapped outhouses, baby changing stations and wash stations throughout the airshow display area and parking areas.

 

I want to display my aircraft/vehicle at the show. How do I do this? - Send us an email through the Contact Us page or call us at 703-368-9599 to make arrangements.

 

How do I become a vendor? -  If you wish to display your organization at the airshow please see our Contact Us page for details and to download the Vendor Application.

 

When do I have to complete the Vendor Application process? - The finalized list of vendors will be complete by April 1st. You must have your required paperwork in to us by then or we cannot guarantee you'll be able to participate.
